I am a Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Business experience
I am an experienced leader in Strategic Marketing and Sales in the Corporate financial services market. I have a strong track record in delivery in customer and internal communications, product and proposition research and development. I have extensive experience in working and managing through significant change. My corporate experience includes working within Europe and Asia. I have been a leader of the Corporate Social Responsibility agenda within a major UK Bank.
Specific skills include leadership, commercial negotiation, strategic planning, development and execution, marketing, customer insight and analysis as well as communication across a range of media.
I have a particular interest in working with men in the corporate environment and am currently developing a personal development and training programme for men.
My coaching experience includes working with individuals across sectors, namely, private, social enterprise, public sector and as part of graduate development programmes, with colleagues across grades and levels ranging from new start to senior executive.
